Join us for a hoop dance gathering at Dellwood Park in Lockport, IL. Hula hoopers and other flow artists of all ages and experience levels are welcome.

Hooping is a fantastic way of getting fit, expressing yourself and bringing people together. While raising your heart rate, hula hooping increases flexibility, core strength and is very grounding in this fast-paced world. So, let us celebrate the weekend by de-stressing and re-connecting with our body, mind and soul. Bring your smiles, wear some comfortable clothes (shoes optional!) and get ready to have some hooping fun to some funky tunes out in the fresh air.

We will be there from 4-6:30pm and you are welcome to drop in for all or just some of the hoop jam. Extra hoops will be available for anyone to use or purchase. Attendance is FREE, but if you have fun and are able to donate to the costs of running the hoop jam, it will be received gratefully.
